Connect Overseas, the international mortgage specialist, which launched its foreign mortgage sourcing system at the end of July, has received positive endorsement from mortgage distributors, SMS and Brilliant Solutions.
The new system, which is unique in providing an online sourcing and fulfillment facility, gives the broker the opportunity to deal directly with the lender if he wants to and receive 100% of the commission or refer the client to Connect to complete the deal.
