The Mansfield Building Society has appointed Richard Scott as Business Development Manager to lead the development and growth strategy of the Mansfield’s intermediary channel as they look to further enhance their proposition to the broker market.
Richard joins the Mansfield from Paymentshield where he was Key Accounts Manager for the last 3 years. He was previously National Sales Manager at the West Bromwich and Stroud and Swindon Building Societies, responsible for developing the lender’s intermediary business. Prior to this he was with the Chelsea Building Society and has been employed in regional Building Societies for over 16 years.

There is a clear plan for developing mortgage business via the intermediary channel in key market segments including New Build, Self Build, Buy to Let, Shared Ownership and the more traditional First and Second Time Buyer markets.
